Scam email?

New Here ,
Jan 30, 2024 Jan 30, 2024

Hi There

I got this email and I believe it's a scam as I look at my account and there's no issues with my payment. These thieves are getting very good.

It must be a scam.

You wouldn't have access to cloud documents if your account were suspended.

Hi Amanda,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with the community. There is an issue with the payment of your Acrobat subscription, hence, the suspension email was sent. The email is not scam.

I would suggest you to get in touch with our support team to reactivate the susbcription. You may use this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

Thanks

Kanika

If it's legit, then they definitely need to hire people who can use proper grammar.

Agree, the subject headline in my E-mail was:
"Your payment has been rejected - Update now"

But everything looked good when I went into my account.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
