I briefly had a subsription to Adobe to edit a PDF and canceled when I was finished. I had no idea that there was a continuing AI subscription! I don't use AI and have no need of this. Why in the world would you not cancel all portions of a subscription when a person cancels?
I had no idea that I had a recurring charge until the bank flagged the recurring charge as fraudulent. I've just canceled and am being charged about $10 to cancel something I had no idea I had and never used. This is utterly ridiculous and a rip-off. Adobe is stealing people's money with this fraudulent practice!

Hi catherine_4968,
We are sorry for the confusion. AI Assistant for Acrobat is a different plan and not included in the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription. This is the reason you were asked to cancel both the plans separately. Please refer to this article for more details: https://adobe.ly/4pNs89M
I hope it helps.

This was done in a very sleazy way. This is why the FTC is taking you to court. You misrepresent your product and make it difficult to see exactly what is involved. I have lost all respect for Adobe and will begin supporting alternatives.
