Scammed by Adobe with their trial period
Hi,
I wanted to test Adobe Lightrooms properties and tried it on trial for one picture. So I subcribed for the 14-day trial for it. I forgot to cancel and now I´m supposed to pay for one year of a service that I basically never use? What is this kind of a contract where you don´t clearly show the customer that you will be FORCED to pay for a one-year subsription if you try their product for 14 days?
And then when you try to find help from customer service, there of course isn´t one available and you have to search for pre-answered questions and have no option to contact a real person from customer support. Seems like it is intentionally designed to rip off as many customers as possible and make it impossible to contact real customer service. Great job Adobe. Will make sure this gets noticed here in Finland, and will contact finnish customer protection authorities.
