School Account says it has been deactivated

Hello,

I am trying to login to my school account in order to use Illustrator and Indesign, but every time I try to login using my school email it says that this account has been deactivated. I have not deactivated this account, so I am just wondering how will I be able to get this account back or be able to create a different account with my school email.

I am sorry, Macapilkington, but as John has mentioned, you will need to contact your school to determine how to login from home.  There is no memberships currently associated with the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.
