I purchased pr pro month to month plan. After one month was auto debited for second month. Can i get a refund if i cancel now.

you can get a partial refund if you prepaid for the year (and you have an annual subscription).

but it looks like you pay monthly which means you will be billed for 1/2 the remaining months of your subscription, and not refunded anything already paid. info on how that works and how to cancel are below.

And... the month to month plan (not "annual paid monthly") renews until you cancel it, but can be cancelled any time without a penalty. No refund for unused parts of month.

No, you normally don't get a refund. If you have an annual plan paid on the month, you even get to pay an early termination fee, which is 50% of the remaining due. This is because you promised to keep the subscription at least a year. Check this: https://account.adobe.com/plans to see what plan you have. Click "Manage plan" and cancel to cancel your plan.
If you can't selfcancel or want to negotiate, contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
