Seems impossible to delete or unsuscribed "plan".

Hello,

first pardon my english,

Few days ago, i received a mail from adobe saying that my paying card was not valid anymore (had to change my card because I lost it).

I'm thinking:  well it is the occasion to resiliate an account for Premiere pro that i barely use.

I want to resiliate my account but cannot, (error message). I then realised that i was due to a month payment.

well i wanna stop, but don't wanna steal them, if if need to pay that last month, thats fair.

so (VERY STUPIDLY) I enter a new card, naively thinking that then i could delete my account after that.

I follow tutos on interner on how to do that...but damned I don't have the "gerer ma formule" ,

"manage plan" in english.

 via the security page i manage to get to a "delete plan" link, but it just does not work.

 

 

Well as you can imagine, i started to feel a little bit RIPPED OF. is the only way to unsubscribed an adobe plan is to cancel your card to the bank?

1. Your payment details must be current to cancel online.

2. There is a 50% early termination fee if you cancel your annual plan before the 12th month of service.
