Hei,
I am hoping someone can assist.
I accidentally signed up with the wrong email address, accidently left the word group off my hirehelpgroup.com.au email & started a free trial. Now I can’t log in because the email is invalid and I cannot receive any emails from Adobe.
I also tried logging in with the correct email but it shows a different account with no plan.
When I try to sign in with the wrong email, the page keeps loading and doesn’t go to the next step (screenshot attached).
I want to cancel the free trial or subscription connected to this wrong email, but I can’t access the account and I am unsure as what to do next.
Please can someone help me with this problem.
