How do I change my current Adobe Creative Cloud account so it will finish it's current length and then expire WITHOUT automatically renewinng? There is no way to do that under my account management.

Unfortunately, that can't be done.

You need to cancel during the last month of your subscription. Put a reminder in your calendar. And from my experience, you should also get a reminder mail from Adobe.
