Student Account Verification Mail didnt come?
I purchased a Student Creative Cloud plan today, and the payment went through successfully (I can see the invoice), but I haven’t received any email to activate my account or verify my student status. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder, but nothing has arrived.
When I try to access my Plans on the Adobe website, I get error messages, although I can see the plan in my invoices. I also tried the support phone number, but it seems unavailable.
Has anyone experienced the same issue, or does anyone know how I can request the verification email again, or if it usually takes a day or two to arrive?
