Student Account Verification Mail didnt come?

I purchased a Student Creative Cloud plan today, and the payment went through successfully (I can see the invoice), but I haven’t received any email to activate my account or verify my student status. I have checked both my inbox and spam folder, but nothing has arrived.

When I try to access my Plans on the Adobe website, I get error messages, although I can see the plan in my invoices. I also tried the support phone number, but it seems unavailable.

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue, or does anyone know how I can request the verification email again, or if it usually takes a day or two to arrive?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Liquid_Melissa, thanks for posting your question about eligibility verification to this public forum. The verifcation process typically takes up to three business days to complete, but there has been an outage with the Amazon Web Services that is affecting Adobe. If you have not received a response a day or two, then please contact us directly to check on the status.
