Student account

I have purchased and paid for a student account, but can't download the apps that are included. How do I contact Adobe about this.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

I dont want to install trial programs. I want to install the student version I have paid for, how do I do that?
