Student Charged for Full Price Creative Cloud
Hi all,
I'm currently a University student studying Film and Television, and was eager to get into some private editing through Premiere as part of my course. I signed up after selecting the student payment version of Creative Cloud, and purchased. At the time I was under the impression that it was a monthly plan as opposed to annually (which is my error). I also noticed that the next month I will be charged full price, as opposed to student prices, so I went to cancel to find out the cancellation fee is upwards of $300. I am unable to afford either the cancellation or the annual continual of my plan at full price, so I submitted my student eligibility information.
I was wondering if there's any way to cancel without fee or pay for only a singular month of the creative cloud, as I won't be able to afford it annually as a student until I have a solidified place earning money in the industry. Does anyone know if Adobe is able to make exceptions, particularly as I have only purchased this morning?
Additionally, when I DID go to download and install Premiere to try and get my moneys worth at the very least, it wouldn't install as it refuses to install on a network drive.
All help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
