Student discount didn't apply after I confirmed my education status

Last month Adobe cancelled my student plan (because I supposedly graduated. Maybe I entered the dates wrong) but I forgot to confirm my student status again and it charged me the full price. Today I confirmed it and received an email with information that my education status is confirmed but if another plan had been activated I have to contact customer support. The info panel in my account says the regular price will be billed (the 68,68 € one).

Correct answer Aleksandrac

I managed to contact customer support, it's all good now.

you probably need to contact your school's plan admin, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/contact-administrator.html

adobe doesn't cancel student subscriptions.  they roll into regular subscriptions, 1 year after graduation.  ie, you still get the student rate for ~1 year after graduating.

that was probably at the direction of your school's plan admin.
