Student Licence Problem

Hi, I forgot that I was at my other adobe account that finishes with hotmail and not gmail. I don't use my hotmail anymore and requested the student licence verification through my hotmail account accidentaly because I didn't realize that I logged in with my hotmail account. When I understood that it was my hotmail account, I cancelled my student licence (Adobe forced me to do) which was verified with my hotmail account and deleted my hotmail account. When I tried to get my licence in my gmail account, identit-e e-mail wrote "You are only allowed to redeem 1 discounted product every 365 days. Our records indicate that you have already redeemed within the past year". But I already deleted my other adobe account and canceled my student licence. Please help so that I can use my student licence with my gmail account.  I deleted my hotmail account which I don't use anymore to have my licence in my gmail account.

better contact adobe support.  that sounds a bit convoluted.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Your AGENT solution doesn't work because it requires an active plan I guess. "Please sign in with an active plan to continue with phone assistance. I found no record of an active plan linked to". I will try twitter.
