Hello, I was paying my creative cloud subscription according to the student schedule since I was a student last year. I'm still a student right now, because I couldn't renew the student plan on time, it's back to normal fare. How can I fix this? When I want to cancel the subscription and return to the student plan, it shows me that there will be a deduction of 160 euros. thanks in advance for the answers

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
inform the agent that you want to cancel.
