Hello everyone,
I no longer use Adobe except for Acrobat and I would like to cancel my student subscription. When I try to do so, it tells me that I will be charged a cancellation fee of €59.99. I would like to know where I can find the exact date of the end of my student offer on the website, so that I can cancel my subscription at the right time, as I am having trouble finding it.

or count the number of monthly payments you've made. after the 12th payment is received by adobe, you can cancel without penalty.
(and because the penalty = 1/2 the cost of the remaining months of your subscription, you have another way to determine when your subscription ends.)

I am charged at the end of the month, but I don't know if it's the invoice for the current month or the upcoming one, lol.
Normally, if I divide this amount, it corresponds to two months, but I'm not sure if I should count the month of March or start from April.

Hello, is this an automated response? Even if other users don't have access to my account, I rely on everyone's experience to provide me with a potentially useful answer. I'm not stupid and I'm not expecting another user to do the work for me, in fact, someone has perfectly answered my question. Sometimes, a personalized response helps more than too much information that sends me in many directions.

this is not automated, but it is a repeat: just count the number of payments. when you reach 12 (and adobe receives that payment), you can cancel without penalty and maximize your usage of your cc apps.

Bear in mind that Acrobat alone will be around $20 per month. And you'll need to take a new subscription for it.
