Student verification expired - How to change plan back to student
I missed an email detailing that my student status was expired and the account would be changing to a base account plan. I have managed to verify my student status but the plan has already changed. I have found a help page which details if this has happened I should contact customer care but when I follow the links to do this it just takes me back to the same page. How do you speak to an actual person?? I can't change this plan on my own through account settings.
