Subject: Request to Cancel Subscription and Waive Cancellation Fee — Hardship Dispute

Hello Adobe Support Team, I’m writing regarding my subscription to Acrobat Pro (Account ID / Email:). I recently cancelled the plan — yet I was charged a cancellation fee of 131 USD, even though I have barely used the application( less than a half hour ). Unfortunately, this cost represents a severe financial burden for me — 131 USD equals roughly four months of minimum-wage income in my country (Algeria). I signed up without fully realizing the long-term commitment, and I barely used this service ( around half an hour ) I respectfully request that Adobe fully waives the cancellation fee. I ask this on grounds of financial hardship and because the service was barely utilized. I am simply asking to be released from a contract for a product I don’t need or use. Thanks for reaching out. I checked your account and can see that you previously had an Acrobat Pro plan and an AI Assistant for Acrobat plan associated with the Adobe ID used for this query. These plans were purchased on 8 November and cancelled on 27 November. Both were annual plans billed monthly.

Since the cancellation was made after the 14-day refund window, an early termination fee was applied. For annual plans billed monthly, cancellations after 14 days incur a fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period.

It was around a month ago, and the problem is that I didn't know all these complications, and you can see how many times I entered it, it was less that a half hour, but the problem that made it worse is the massive burden that I did not know, i mean 131 usd is a dooming price here in algeria !

So please, take these factors into consideration.

Please read everything so you know what you are doing BEFORE you buy a subscription or start a trial... the link below has the information you need
.
Also... You are allowed ONE trial per account... if you have already had a trial, and you sign up for another trial, you will be charged immediately
.
If you buy a HIGHER COST Monthly subscription you may cancel at any time without a fee... when you buy an Annual subscription with Monthly payments, and you do not cancel in NO MORE than 14 days from the start of your subscription, you pay 1/2 of the remaining time if you cancel early... you also need to keep track of your annual renewal date, so you may cancel after your 12th payment, before your subscription renews and you start a new one year subscription

RENEWAL IS AUTOMATIC UNTIL YOU CANCEL
