Subscription cancelation

 Hi, my account has been suspended because I couldn't pay. I don't want to continue the subscription. I can't afford it and I want it fully cancelled. Please stop the plan so I don’t get charged in future. Thank you.

you have to fix the payment problem before you can cancel.
