Subscription cancelled and double charged

Hi!

i have been double charged few days ago and my subscription has been cancelled. Can you tell me why? I only use one address and i have paid with paypal after my first invoice doesn't work due to exportation date on my credit card.

I am available to send you information on my account and my account.

send nothing to anyone contacting you. you must contact adobe support yourself. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

I try this link to communicate my subscription on Creative Cloud used by <personal info removed-kglad> IHave had this subscription for a long time and need som help to cancel it because I am not teaching this area any longer.

I have just paid my last fee for the subscription (SEK 635:- with my card ending with 380) and want your help to cancel it as soon as possible in the near future, hopefully in february 2023.

you need to contact adobe support. adobe support will not contact you. ie, anyone that sends you email via these public forums is, almost certainly, a scammer.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
