Subscription cancelled but have been charged.

I was charged $10.69 on Nov 26 and Dec 26 and it says my subscription expired on Nov 29. I haven't been using Lightroom until now and have been trying to email a photo but I can't I assume because my subscription has been cancelled. What do I do? Support is a joke.

I do not even know what my "Adobe" account is. Doesn't seem to be under my correct email address. That says I have no account. But I keep getting bills and automatic payments taken!! I finally canceled my credit card. But in the meantime, well over $100 has been automatically paid from my credit card account to Adobe!

i believe it's a total scam!

If you're certain you or a family member didn't order an Adobe product or service, contact your bank to report that your card has been compromised without your knowledge. A stolen card means BOTH you and Adobe are victims here. Adobe can't help you. ONLY your bank can. The bank will ask you to sign some legal documents before they file a fraud investigation with local law enforcement. Hopefully, your bank will allow you to recover some or all of the missing money that was taken from your account. But there is often a time limit on filing a theft complaint.
