Question

Subscription change Photo Cloud 20GB to 1TB

Hello everyone

For various reasons, I haven't been actively using Adobe Lightroom Classic for quite some time, and I'm now in the process of getting back into it. I just noticed that the cloud storage included in the “Photo Cloud” (LrC & Photoshop) subscription has been massively increased to 1TB. However, when I check my current “Photo Cloud” subscription, I still only have 20GB included in my subscription. If I want to change my subscription via Manage Subscriptions, the only option available is “Cancel Subscription.” I am somewhat surprised that my subscription has not automatically increased to 1TB of cloud storage and would now like to know exactly how to proceed in order to upgrade my Photo subscription to 1TB. If I cancel my existing subscription, will I have to completely reinstall Lightroom and Photoshop, or will I just have to re-register?

I would be very grateful for support in resolving my issue. The screenshots show my current subscription and the situation as it stands at the moment.

Thank you very much!

to kglad ,  I just tried changing my adobe plan, it doesn't work, I've tried it several times, it keeps showing a warning that my plan hasn't been changed and I have to try again later

use a different browser.  a mobile phone with updated os and browser with wifi disabled is a good choice

It wouldn't be easier to fix this error on the Adobe website. I've been
paying Adobe enough money for several years to offer reliable service. Why
should I look for other ways to continue paying them for other application
plans? Why make things simple when you can make them complicated. Come on...
