I baught the subscription on my pc. Afterwords I tried to download adobe premier, the download froze at 27% constantly. I've been trying to get hold of adobe to cancel my subscription and get my money back for their services that i couldn't use woth no luck. What do I do ? Paying about R600 and to cancel will cost R2000 for a service that i cant even get.

1. I'm assuming your computer meets or exceeds the system requirements to run Creative Cloud + Premier Pro. But just in case, see links below for details.

2. You need a computer user profile with administrative permissions to install software.   If you'rer not this computer's  admin, contact your IT dept for help.

3. Downloading & installing is a 3 step process.  It would be helpful to know where the interruption is occurring.  See links below.

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
