I used my High School Student email to buy a 12 month subscription to Adobe around mid 2022. But I graduated at the end of the 2022. I tried to use the software and it says that my subscription has expired. Which isn't right because I have over 6 months left.
Either how do I get my money back for the months that I have paid for but for which no services will be provided?
or
I'm studing full time at TAFE which I was planning to use this subscription on? Can I move the subscription to this new email address (Please note even though TAFE started this week they haven't set up the email addresses) or can I move it to one of my brothers addresses who are still studying as High School Students.
I tried finding a way to talk to a real person but that Chatbot says I need to talk to an adminstrator from my organisation which I belive would be Education Queensland and would not give me a phone number to contact someone on. I have never spoken to anyone in Education Queensland and have no idea what to do because the transaction was between Adobe and me and I've neer spoken to Education Queensland, googling for this contact information has not provided any help.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated as I need to use this for my TAFE course urgently.

contact adobe support and rectify the issue. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
