Madam/Sir,

 
I subscribed to adobe photoshop on September 2023. Since then Rs. 1675.60 was deducted twice a month by adobe. One on 17th of every month and then again on 19th of every month. Thus I have deactivated the plan on March 2024. But still Rs. 1675.00 was deducted from my Account on 19th April. This is not acceptable. Please stop deducting the money asap.

To cancel your Photoshop plan, you go to https://account.adobe.com/plans and click manage plan.

 

If that does not work out, contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
