I have cancelled my adobe subscription for a few days now. They said to expect the refund within 5 business days but its been past that number of days and I still haven't received my refund. For the record, I immediately cancelled my plan after the automatic renewal.

It can take longer than five days, perhaps up to two weeks.
There should be a record of your Case # in your support history panel.
