Subscription verification error

When i open my installed photoshop there is a pop up window which sais they cannot verify my subscription because the adobe programs are not available. Error code: 12013. I have this problem on a Macbook Pro. And all of the adobe programs which i had download showing the same issue. And also none of my search engines or browsers can open adobe.com. 
Have you ever seen a problem like this?

I cannot find my admin. I follow the link you sent and i still couldnt find. 
my laptop cant even open the adobe page. What should i do?

On my computer no i cant. I tryed all browsers. I think thats why they cant verify my subscription. But i cant find where my computer blocking the adobe

check your hosts file.  there should not be any adobe.com entries there.
