I need to understand whether or not I should cancel my Adobe subscription as my Mac is too old for any further upgrades. I am using MacOs Catalina which is relevant up to 2022.

When you cancel, you won't have access to your current creative cloud. You need to continue the subscription even if you can't upgrade to the next version. Best would be, however, to do a hardware upgrade. That is the disadvantage of working with Apple computers. They are making their machines obsolete, by not allowing newer programs on older OS versions and not allowing newer OS versions on older machines.

If you want to contact Adobe customer service to discuss your options, please do so. I would... 🙂

Thanks for spelling that out for me. I did try and get a hardware update
and the Mac folks said my computer was too old now - so as you say Apple
computers are trying to get us to buy new machines when in fact the economy
right now is just so depressed that to buy a new machine is not feasible.
Someone should tell them!
I will continue on with the subscription - thanks
