Subscription

Hello,

I have a problem. Every month, €36.29 is deducted from my account for an ADOBE service. I have no idea what it is for, and more importantly, I don't know which account it's coming from...

I checked all my accounts, but there is no active subscription anywhere. There is probably an account where it is activated, but I don't remember it.

Is it possible to contact Adobe directly by email? I used the bot, but it's useless...

Thanks for a tip but I checked all the plans and nothing is turned on anywhere...

if that link shows no adobe charges to your credit card, contact your card provider and report fraud.

We appreciate you reaching out. I looked into your account details, however I could not find any active plan associated with Adobe. Also, I could not find any recent transaction requested from Adobe's end. Did you speak with your bank about the transaction?
