I cancelled my free subscription and it still took money from my card. Why is that and how do I get my money back.

Did you cancel within 7 days of joining?  Check your email inbox for confirmation that you cancelled.  It might be in your spam folder.

Hi Erik,

We appreciate you writing in. In asnwer to your query, the subscription was cancelled after 1 month and 1 day. The free trial is for 7 days only. In case you forget to cancel within 7 days and money gets deducted, you can cancel it before 14 days and the money gets refunded.

You have been charged because you canceled post 14 days window. You can get more info here: Understand Creative Cloud subscription terms and refund policies
