I cancelled my free subscription and it still took money from my card. Why is that and how do I get my money back.

    Hi Erik,

    We appreciate you writing in. In asnwer to your query, the subscription was cancelled after 1 month and 1 day. The free trial is for 7 days only. In case you forget to cancel within 7 days and money gets deducted, you can cancel it before 14 days and the money gets refunded.

    Did you cancel within 7 days of joining?  Check your email inbox for confirmation that you cancelled.  It might be in your spam folder.
