I am annoyed that customers who have been loyal for many years (about 8 in my case) with Creative Cloud, do not get any recognitions in the pricing or other perks.
The reason I am saying this is there is a current, short term, deal for Creative Cloud which will get new users the suite for about half price for a year. And current subscriptions cannot take advantage of it.
Of course a deal for new customers is perfectly good incentive.
However, the rest of us get taken advantage of, with no discounts. Nothing.
But I wanted to suggest that perhaps Adobe could create a progressive discount for users the more years they are subscribed.
Much like insurance companies reduce premiums when there are no claims.
It would acknowledge those people who have been paying Adobe literally thousands of dollars over the years.
And would go a long way towards some good will I imagine.
Cheers,
Norman

I hadn't spotted the "Account, Payment, & Plan Discussions" group before I posted this. And thought the Lounge was the closest.
I've now posted this into the above group, so this post is a duplicate, sorry. But I can't delete it...

It's the same with most companies: internet services, tax prep software, etc.
