SUPORT - I canceled my subscription and need a refund

Hello,

I canceled my subscription, but I am still being charged for Adobe services. I need support to be refunded the amount related to the charge. I have not been able to receive support from the Adobe team in my country (Brazil).

 

I have already notified my bank about the undue charge and was informed that Adobe is insisting on the undue charge - even after confirmation of the cancellation, made via email.

I will give you a period of 2 business days to receive my refund, or I will file a formal complaint with the consumer council in my city, which may result in charges and fines for Adobe.

Prezados,

efetuei o cancelamento da minha assinatura, mas sigo sendo cobrado pelos serviços da Adobe. Preciso de suporte para ser restituído no valor referente à cobrança. Não tenho conseguido atendimento por parte da equipe da Adobe em meu país (Brasil).

 

Já notifiquei meu banco sobre a cobrança indevida e fui informado que a Adobe está insistindo na cobrança indevida - mesmo após a confirmação do cancelamento, feita por e-mail. Darei um prazo de 2 dias úteis para ter meu reembolso, ou irei protocolar pedido formal de queixa na junta do consumidor de minha cidade, o que pode trazer encargos e multas à Adobe.
