support live chat - waiting for over an hour for an agent

I've been in the live chat support for over an hour and nobody has come. Is this normal? Should I just keep waiting?

Try a different device or browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

• In the chat box, type AGENT followed by Enter key.  A human should join within a minute or 2.  If not try a different browser.
