After 12 months, you'll be asked to renew at the regular price.

Since your student email will be deleted after your graduate you should use a personal email to create an Adobe account

You will need to provide your student information to qualifiy, but you SHOULD be able to use a personal email for your Adobe account

on adobe's end you can continue to use your school subscription after you graduate as long as your school allows.  ie, contact your school to find out if your subscription and/or school email address will be terminated before your subscription ends.
