Switch Secondary email to Primary email

Hello Community,

Due to constant spam, I will be deleting my primary email in the near future. For convenience I would like to replace it with my secondary email. However if I try to change my primary email by typing in my secondary email, I am notified that this email is already used and therefore cannot change it. Any ideas on how to change it?

Hey Shaun,

Are you certain you never signed up for an Adobe ID with your alternate email?

Otherwise, there would be no way it could already be in Adobe's system...

Get a free Gmail account.

Use that as your new secondary or primary e-mail address.
