Switched from personal account to company account but got auto renewal notification

When I started with my company almost a year ago, I was asked to pay for my subscription and expense it. The company just switched me to our company's team account. When they sent me the invite email, I clicked on the link to join the team account, which worked fine. But I got a notification email that my auto renewal is coming up and will automatically charge my personal card on June 1.

I think the mistake I made was not canceling/deleting my personal account before accepting the invite to the team account. How can I make sure I don't get charged on June 1??

Thanks!
