Switched to Adobe Creative Cloud Teacher/Student plan, but is not available

Hi everyone,

I recently switched my subscription to the Adobe Creative Cloud – Teacher/Student plan. The change was already showed in my credit card, but Premiere Pro (and some other apps included in the plan) are still not available for installation in the Creative Cloud desktop app. When i go to the plan in Adobe Account, still shows my old plan.

What I’ve tried so far:

Signed out and back into the Creative Cloud app.

Cleared the Creative Cloud cache.

Checked my plan under Manage Plans (it shows correctly as the Teacher/Student plan).

Despite that, Premiere Pro still doesn’t show up in the apps list.

Has anyone experienced this issue before? Do I just need to wait for the plan to update, or should I contact Adobe support directly?

Thanks in advance!

start here - https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html

only if your adobe account page shows the expected plan with no payment problem, proceed.  otherwise, repost here.

if that fails, proceed to these steps - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language.  eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location

I tried this, but my account still linked to the old plan (Photo - print bellow);

But i changed, was even charged already... In the CC desktop, it shows that the information about my plan is unavailable... All apps that isnt Lightroom and Photoshop, are currently for purchase. When i try to change the plan, it shows this:

does it show the charge applies to the account you've been trying to use?
