Hello, I was benefiting from the teacher plan in September 2022, but my plan changed automatically in September 2023 because my education information was not updated. Last week, I uploaded the document stating that I am still a teacher and my discount was approved, but I cannot switch to my old plan with discount. How can I get my old discount?
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Hello, I updated that I am a teacher and it was approved by the system 3 days ago. But I could not switch to the plan with the discounted price. I had already followed all the steps in the link. The email I received after my update was approved said to contact Adobe customer support to reapply the education discount if you switched to a subscription other than education, but I can't find anyone to contact. When I want to change plans from My Plans, I can't see the plan with the discounted price.

I was quoted for renewal on Teachers Discount 418.88. Yet it was explained it would be $30 month X 12. I chatted with Adobe Sales, continueing to reflect $30. They switched me to accounts which said its 40% off standard pricing. I explained that $36 monthly. Today Ive received conflicting answers from adobe, and not only wasn't it answered but the agent disconnected. My first real heavy disappointment in Adobe. Below reflects 3 snapshots of Chat involving 2 Departments, Sales and CS.

it's not clear from the screenshots that there is/was inconsistency.
ntl, rather than arguing about what you stated, recontact adobe support and see if you can get clarification.

Thanks for replying. The Second agent wouldnt address the difference/original question.
Why is Sales stating $30 month Renewal and Customer Service $36 Today. By my next payment amount of $419, the Math isnt correct for what Sales has provided. It was explained when I joined the renewal was $30 as well.

what do mean by, "...i cannot switch to my old plan.."?
do you have access to your cc files from your plan?

Yes, I can access my files, I already use all the applications. When the price change happened, I thought it was an increase, but then I realized that my plan changed automatically at the end of 1 year because I did not update my education information. I updated my information and it was approved. Now I don't know how I can benefit from the discounted plan because when I want to change plans, it doesn't appear as an option.
