Termination fee

I cancelled my subscription but they are billing me for termination fee, i dont have the money to pay it as we are poor please help i dont know what to do so I deleted the account last week but they continue to bill my empty card and im afraid they mg sue me

Did you purchase a monthly plan that can be cancelled without penalty or an annual plan, paid monthly, with an annual commitment? You didn't say. The annual plans are deeply discounted from the monthly plans, and there is a fee for early termination.

 

Deleting the account and having an empty card do not release you of your commitment. This page has details covering all scenarios:

Hi Mark,

I don't see any active subscription under the ID that you are using here. You are being charged a cancellation fee as you cancelled your subscription before the renewal of your contract. You may get in touch with support to get help and information around the same( link shared above)
