Terrible Account Service!!! Terrible Account Management
My company has been using adobe for over 5 years now and every year we need to renew I have to go through the same tedious process!!! first of all the account manager never and I mean never replies to my emails, and when I call nobody and I mean nobody can tell me or help me get my invoice. I am told that I need to approve the quote, I approve it and I still don't get a link to pay! For the amount of money this service costs you would think they would have quality customer service. I am seriously disappointed with the lack of customer service ADOBE offers its clients.
