Terrible Account Service!!! Terrible Account Management

My company has been using adobe for over 5 years now and every year we need to renew I have to go through the same tedious process!!! first of all the account manager never and I mean never replies to my emails, and when I call nobody and I mean nobody can tell me or help me get my invoice. I am told that I need to approve the quote, I approve it and I still don't get a link to pay! For the amount of money this service costs you would think they would have quality customer service. I am seriously disappointed with the lack of customer service ADOBE offers its clients.

I would love to pick another vendor but is there another Adobe products vendor? love the products hate the customer service. I went to that link and it only shows me past invoices, not the new one. They keep telling me they are going to send the link and have transferred me to 5 different depts. I am just trying to renew I don't understand why that is so difficult.
