TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT
"Can you cancel my plan & make sure I don't get charged."
I don't find this sentence confusing but somehow your agent misread every word. 5 times, word for word, I asked for exaclty this but was instead bombarded with ludicrous UPSALES trying to get me to purchase more from you. I' lead to question your agent's lack of common sense as the entire issue is that I was over-charged in the first place. Even after I had twicd asked specifically to stop trying to upsell, the agent to continued, and continued to absolutley ignore my actual issue.
I have no idea if this was the specific agent being astoundingly incapable, or if you (Adobe) force your agents to upsell, but either way this eperience has left a sour taste and extremely damaged my opinion of your company. It's already almost impossible to get a hold of an actual human being to help, never mind to be treated like some con-man's "mark" when you finally get thorugh to one.
