what key?

 

typically you would subscribe via adobe.com, https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

 

you seam to be using something from another vendor to obtain a subscription.  can you explain more fully what you're doing.

Well, you give the opportunity to pay directly and there will be no questions. I pay for a subscription through an intermediary, the key was activated, but the subscription is not active. before that everything was great.
