I have a Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB license
these licenses are also automatically connected
why did this happen?
Moved to account.... forum.
What do you mean by "automatically connected"?
I found new licenses in my account that I didn't connect. I bought only one license of Creative Cloud All Apps and started using the apps, but the next time I need to pay for the license from my card and more money than necessary was taken. I log in and find the following 3 licenses
your message is confusing. you should explain more carefully your issue/point
Are you trying go to run these over separate computers? No, you cannot split an all apps license or share it. Or get more than 2 computers with extra licenses? No. Doesn't work that way.
I`m use programs ony one pc. I know that licence dosent separated for more pc
I'm not sure what you're saying.
Log-in below to find out what you're paying for.
Did you previously purchase single apps?
Are you logged-in to your Creative Cloud plan with the paid ID & password associated with your plan?

contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
