This is how to cancel your subscription. 

Go to account.adobe.com and sign into your account

 Then go to Manage my Account

 You'll see your Adobe app(s)

 On the bottom of that app you'll see 2 options, Click CANCEL

 They'll ask you why and then you're done and you've cancelled your subscription.

Just be aware that you may be subject to a cancellation fee as per the terms to which you agreed upon when the subscription was started.

I also had a difficult time trying to cancel my subscription, but I figured out how.
This is how to cancel your subscription.
