Question

This is what Adobe did to their customer

I have been subscribing to Adobe software since October 2020. Since I was no longer a student from October 2023, the price increased to £24 per month, which I couldn't afford. Therefore, I decided to cancel my subscription today. After I clicked the cancel subscription button, Adobe offered me a discount of £13 per month. I found this acceptable, so I chose to continue my subscription. However, I noticed that the monthly price did not change. Consequently, I contacted online customer service. Three different representatives were involved in my conversation, but each of them left immediately upon hearing my request for a refund. Not a single one spoke to me. I have screenshots of the conversation here. It's utterly ridiculous. Such a reputable company treats their customers this way.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

your post is confusing, but it's not important to clarify it to me.  you should continue your conversation with adobe support.
