Question

tons of money lost with this group!!

I just realized that I have been paying approximately $15.00 per month for over 6 years for services I don't use. That's over $1,100.00. Do I have a recourse? I believe I signed up for a trial and it just kept charging.

The bigger question is why did it take this long to notice??  Don't you check your statements each month?  What if someone accessed the account without your knowledge?  Banks have a limit on filing claims, often 30  - 60 days from the charge date.

Adobe certainly isn't obligated to give back monies you paid several years ago  because you neglected to cancel your subscription.  But I think you already know that.  😉

And I can’t find a number or email to call. They must count of people doing this and then not allowing them to talk to a responsible party!
