Tracking Company Adobe account holders

Hi everyone

 

I work for a company and am trying to figure out how to cancel some direct debits for Adobe subscriptions that are no longer used. We don't even know who had the account originally (as we have asked our employees, we assume they have left the company). The only way to cancel accounts per Adobe is to login, but we cannot log in as we dont know what the email addresses are. Is there any way to call Adobe or address this somehow?

There's no email support.

Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...

do you even know whether these subscriptions are all individual subscription using a company payment method (per @Test Screen Name ), or are they an enterprise/team subscription in which case there must be a subscription owner (most likely the company owner or ceo).

It sounds as if these may be individual licenses, perhaps where a company credit card was used to pay. Unfortunately, if so, these individual license belong ENTIRELY to the original named license holder. The payer gets no rights at all, have no way to talk to Adobe or change the payment or anything except perhaps cancel the card. I always advise against buying individual licenses for employees, even though they are cheaper, since when the employee leaves they become a nice gift.
