Question

Transfer Allegorithmic Substance licenses onto my Adobe account

Hi there!

I unfortunately missed the boat on getting my Allegorithmic licenses moved over to my Adobe account and was wondering if anyone would be able to help me in getting these moved over?

I have the email I used to purchase the programs initially, as well as the product keys for SD, SP and B2M, so hopefully it will make the whole process a lot easier.

Cheers!

this is from an adobe employee 2 years ago,

Follow these steps to migrate your subscription:

  1. Proceed with the purchase of an Adobe Substance 3D plan on Adobe.com
  2. Download your Adobe.com invoice
  3. Log into your Substance account on Substance3D.com and select Cancel subscription in the Subscription section
  4. Download your latest invoice on the Billing section of your Substance account
  5. Send an email to contact@substance3D.com with your Adobe/Adobe.com and Allegorithmic/Substance3d.com invoices attached
  6. The pro-rated amount will be refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days

You will continue to have access to your Substance Source points until June 2022. Eligible individuals will be notified when they will be able to transfer their licensed assets and unused download points to their Adobe account.

If you migrate your subscription as explained above, I suggest reaching out beforehand to contact@substance3D.com for the specifics to carrying over your points and assets to your Adobe account with the new subscription.

Hey Kglad,

Thanks for the reply! Though as you mentioned this was 2 years ago now, I am still going to give this a try, though am unsure if that email will work anymore since Adobe and Allegorithmic became one.

Do you have any insight on whether this process will still work?

Cheers

@Whalebonez

i do not and unfortunately, getting help for substance 3d issues may not be easy.  this is adobe's official support page for substance, https://helpx.adobe.com/support/substance-3d-designer.html and i do notice the chat icon on the page's lower right.

you could type "agent" into the chat field and see if they have any way to help.
