Transfer Photoshop License

I would like to transfer my Photoshop CS6 License. I have completed the Transfer of License form. What do I do know? I open a Case with Adobe but they closed the case and requested me to post the request to this community as they have a dedicated team to assist. Thank you for your assistance.

Important: Educational versions of Adobe-branded products are not eligible for a transfer of license.

  • Both the license transferor (current owner) and the recipient (new owner) must complete a Transfer of License form. Both forms must be returned to Adobe before the license can be transferred.
  • To transfer the license, the product serial number must be registered in the Adobe profile of the transferor.
  • You must qualify under the Transfer of License policy below.

Having the same problem. Adobe Support sent me here ...

The same answer that Nancy and I have already given... this is a PUBLIC FORUM and other users here can't help
