Dear, my name is Bernard Berlamont, a belgian student at the college Artevelde in Ghent. I am in big trouble because of a stupid mistake I made with a 'trial version'. At the beginning of February, I purchased a trial subscription (Creative Cloud All apps with 100 GB) because I thought the adobe software was not included in the package of the paid membership fee of my college. I only needed this package for 1 week for a one-off assignment. I forgot to cancel the trial subscription and now see that I am stuck with a year contract. Without knowing it, I have paid 240 euros (60 euros per month) for something that, as a student, I get for free through my school fees. If I want to cancel the subscription, I have to pay another 240 euros... because I took out an annual subscription. Very painful and unaffordable for a student. I think it is scandalous of me, but also the consequences are very bad for me, I can't pay the rent of my room anymore because of this subscription and I am in financial problems. I wonder if a solution can be found to get the paid costs back or to cancel the annual subscription without having to pay another 240 euros. It's my stupid mistake, but I hope you understand my question and can help me.
