Trial that turned into a one year contract - Now Customer Service just puts me on hold

New Here ,

Signed up for a a trial, canceled, still got charged.
They want $150 cancelation charge online.

Been calling over and over to cancel.
Instead, they are trying to peddle discounts. "3 months for free then you pay again".
When I say "no, I want to cancel", I get put back on hold.

It's been days. I'm sitting on hold for hours and, finally:
They agreed to cancel the service I never signed up for. $100 down the drain.

What is happening with Adobe?

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
